These two...

Okay...so Max is such a boy! Right now Max is really into 'boogers' He is checking out his latest find on his little finger! After he gets his little treasure he yells for me because he is about to puke because he can't stand the sight of it!

Norah makes me laugh! She just isn't serious a lot of the time! Her and Max were looking at pictures of different cakes and Norah came across one that she loved and she was telling me how much she loved it with this cheesey smile!!!

Norah's 2nd Birthday...

Happy Birthday Norah!!!! My baby turned 2 this past week and I made her this cake! She thought that it was so neat except that she wanted to play with it because it really doesn't look too much like a cake! It took a long time to get the cake looking like this and I don't know if it will ever be repeated but...I didn't make her a cake for her first birthday so I made up for it on her second one!!!!

Kailey is just so beautiful!

How cute are these two!!! They are on Nathan's bike (Beeta's friend) and Max thinks that it is so cool! Nathan will start the bike and Max's eyes widen and he squeels in delight! My little babies are growing up so fast!!! They are just so cute!

I also made a cake for my niece, Mikayla. I quite enjoy making cakes! It is really fun!

For my nephew's baptism, I made him a CTR cake!

My handsome husband with his little girl who has him so wrapped around her little finger!!!! He was late for work because he couldn't get her to let go of him without her screaming like she was dying!!!!!

Norah didn't want her daddy to leave for work! She refused to let him go and would just bury her head deeper into his shoulder!

This is Tanya and Jake. We had our babies 2 days apart! Now, they are turning 2 next month! Hard to believe that time has passed that quickly! He looks real happy about sitting next to his future wife!!!! Just kidding!

Potty Training....

This is what I have been up for the last 3 weeks!! Norah is now thinking that she needs to go on the potty whenever Max does. I got a little seat to fit on top of the normal potty seat and she loves it! Infact, she doesn't like anyone else to use this bathroom because it is "miiiiiine" just like everything else is hers!!!!

Max has been 'training' for almost 3 weeks now and I am so happy to say that he has had only 3 accidents at night and hasn't had a pee accident yet!!! (cross my fingers that it stays that way!)

His new thing is when he is done he starts singing, "shake it, shake it, shake it!!!"

Now that he is done we will start with Norah! I could be out of diapers by summer time! Wouldn't that be just dreamy!!!!

Here is another cake that I made this weekend, for another neighbor! I have made this one so many times, for so many little girls!!! It was rather easy to do! Thank goodness!!

This is a cake I made for my next door neighbor's little guy-Gord! He loved it! It only took me about 8 hours to make it!

Day 3 of Potty Training went well. Max was even able to wear underwear today! That pleased everyone else here! The girls giggled every time that he came near them!!! My favorite moment today was when he poohed this morning and took one look at it and started dry heaving and kept saying, "that's gross, mommy!" He heaved 3 or 4 times and then puked everywhere! It was very traumatic for him but I had a hard time trying not to laugh!!! (of course this was after I cleaned up the puke)
Tonight he poohed again...an answer to my prayers...because hopefully he will sleep all night long!!!! He went to bed so well, again! He loves having a 'big boy bed' I am shocked that he doesn't get out! Yeah, this day is over!!!!!!!! I am so proud of him for picking this up so quickly!!!

Norah's silly faces

This is my favorite of Norah's cheesy grins! She loves to make silly faces and poses for the camera! Kailey is normally the one who gets her to make the faces and is always the one to snap the picture and I am so glad that she has captured this funny stage that Norah is going through! We all have so much fun watching Norah, she makes us laugh!!

Potty Training

Today is Day 3 of potty training and Max is doing GREAT. He hasn't had an accident since Day 1 during the night!

Last night he didn't wet the bed!!!!! This is just huge! There have been some tears...okay alot of tears! He is afraid to let the pee out! He has the cutest little pee dance and my favorite potty training moment has to be on day 2, so yesterday, when he had been holding it and holding it and he was getting a stomach ache and, and, and...when he finally went he sighed and said "that's amazin'!!!!" He also graduated to a big bed (he didn't get out last night!) and doesn't have a bottle at night anymore! Go big or go home! He really hasn't minded, so I guess that he was ready!

Max is holding his clock that tells him that he has to pee in 5 minutes!!!! Whatever works for him! I AM SO PROUD OF HIM!!!

Any ideas on how to get Norah to STOP using her body as a canvas?

Me & My Girls!

Today for Family Day we kinda all did our 'own' thing! Steve stayed home with the babies (who really aren't babies anymore!) and Kailey and I went to a movie and shopping! She is wearing her new outfit! Emma went with her friends to a movie which she cried in! Bridge to Tarabithia...Kailey and I went to see Music and Lyrics...which to anyone who grew up in the 80's, would find it very funny! I remember watching the very show that they were making light of! It was a lot of fun!

My girls are getting so big! Kailey is going to out grow me here any day and Emma isn't that far behind her! Norah was so funny when Steve was taking the picture...she backed her butt into the picture! She had to be a part of it! I love it!

Okay...so this picture is kinda blurry...but this is so typical of Norah!!! She is so dang funny and this is just her...she was obsessed with Kailey's lulu head band and wouldn't let her have it back! She wore it all evening long and would growl when we would ask for it back!!

Happy Valentines Day!

For Valentines Day I surprised the girls with a pink breakfast! They had pink pancakes with pink whipping cream and red sprinkles on top. They had pink juice and valentines candy...then for their lunches they had all pink stuff...pink yogurt, pink applesauce, pink juice, valentines candy....they had alot of fun or so I hope!

For New Years Eve, I had a bunch of Kailey and Emma's friends over for a party!!! They played and screamed and played and sereamed some more and more...the babies were awake until 2:3oam...but the girls had so much fun!!!

For Christmas Dinner, the girls got to sit at a table all by themselves! They loved it especially when I lit the candles!

I can hardly believe that my little girl turned 11! It seems like yesterday that she was just so little! She had a great birthday, I think!! She celebrated with 15 of her 'closest' friends!!!! We played games, ate pizza and had banana splits and then they all slept over!!! It was a great time!

Look at these chillies! Norah's room was spotless this morning and now look at it! Max dumped everything from the bins in the closet and then pulled out everything from the two bottom drawers in Norah's dresser-he then sits in the drawer. He then climbs into the crib and is now tormenting Norah!!! It is a wonder that I can even keep my house semi-clean with these two hooligans!!! It is also a good thing that I love them and that they are cute!!

I am painting my kitchen, nook, living room, laundry room and that is all just in one day!! I was in much need of something other than pukey taupe!! As you can see I chose a green! It makes such a difference! I love it! Yeah...I am a bit excited in this picture! My saying for the day was, "I can not believe what a difference this makes!"

Norah and Max up to nothing good!!! Norah never sits in her seat to eat her dinner and Max follows her! I did put a stop to this...right after I got a few good shots!!! What a pair these two are!!!!!

You would think that it would be Max leading Norah into trouble...but it is sometimes not that way at all! Norah is a climber and has taught Max how to do it! She isn't afraid of anything...except... me leaving the room!!!!
