My baby girl turns 11!

I can hardly believe that my little girl turned 11! It seems like yesterday that she was just so little! She had a great birthday, I think!! She celebrated with 15 of her 'closest' friends!!!! We played games, ate pizza and had banana splits and then they all slept over!!! It was a great time!

Look at these chillies! Norah's room was spotless this morning and now look at it! Max dumped everything from the bins in the closet and then pulled out everything from the two bottom drawers in Norah's dresser-he then sits in the drawer. He then climbs into the crib and is now tormenting Norah!!! It is a wonder that I can even keep my house semi-clean with these two hooligans!!! It is also a good thing that I love them and that they are cute!!

I am painting my kitchen, nook, living room, laundry room and that is all just in one day!! I was in much need of something other than pukey taupe!! As you can see I chose a green! It makes such a difference! I love it! Yeah...I am a bit excited in this picture! My saying for the day was, "I can not believe what a difference this makes!"

Norah and Max up to nothing good!!! Norah never sits in her seat to eat her dinner and Max follows her! I did put a stop to this...right after I got a few good shots!!! What a pair these two are!!!!!

You would think that it would be Max leading Norah into trouble...but it is sometimes not that way at all! Norah is a climber and has taught Max how to do it! She isn't afraid of anything...except... me leaving the room!!!!

These 3 are the best of friends! We all loved having Brandy over for a couple of days while they were here...we will miss her!

This is such deja-vous!!!! All of the cousins, well most of them, sitting on the Leavitt Chapel's stage! I remember having the same picture taken JUST a few years ago!!!

My friend from high school-Jodi Skinner and I are now severly out numbered by our children!!!!
My little family went down to Leavitt to visit with her little family before they headed back home to Utah!
Good friends are such a blessing!!!

The girls plus Max all made a hut in one of the rooms and watched a movie!!! Boy, you would think that all they did was watch movies! But really it was the only time that they all stood still and proved to be a good kodak moment!

Check this out! Emma, who is normally so scared to do anything, jumped off the boat roof and we couldn't get her to stop!! Cole and her jumped and jumped and jumped!! She also stood up on the boogie board and loved it! It was fun to watch her jump out of her 'comfort zones!'

We went to the Shuswhaps with the Percifield's and Max had so much fun! (We all did!!) But Max hadn't forgotten Karly at all! He layed down with her and watched a Dinosaur movie! It was great to see him sitting still for longer than 2 seconds!

I had made Max a lion mask at one of the kids tents and at first he didn't like it but then when he realized it was a lion...well everything changed! He was roaring like a lion to everyone! Then Eden saw how fun it was and the two of them were trying to scare everyone! They had a ton of fun! Max would roar and then ask, "scared you?"

There was a mini horse track for the little kids and Max loved it! Funny thing is that he has a horse just like this at home and he doesn't give it the slightest bit of attention! But here on the little track he wouldn't let it go! He went around 2 or 3 times and then I had to pull him out of there!

The Safety Bear was Anna's and KK's favorite site!!!!! At least they weren't afraid of it...like they are with clowns!!!!

Grandma, Tania, Anna, Eden and all of our family went to Spruce Meadows for the day! Max thoroughly enjoyed the bus ride that we could have done just that and come home! He thought that it was just dreamy!

Spruce Meadows

We are all on the bus to go into Spruce Meadows! Max is in heaven because he is on a bus! He was so excited, he kept screaming "bus, bus, bus!!!" We could have just stayed on the bus and he would have had a great day!

I can't believe that these girls kept on going! They refused to be cold and they, Kailey, Courtney and Sarah had a so much fun dancing and splashing in the water until the sun went down...almost!

Driving home from the Sladek's very fun party, Max was in the funniest mood! He was pretending to be "Alex-the Lion" (he has been watching Madagascar waaaayyyyy tooooo much!) and was growling and making us all laugh! He thought that he was pretty funny!

It is only 8:30am and this is Norah's mood! She is such a cry baby!!!!!! She is cutting at least 3 teeth-I think! She won't let me get my finger in there to check! She really doesn't deal with the pain well! It is going to be a long day!

This was my favorite find at the garage sales this past weekend! It is the Fisher Price people that have no arms and no legs...just heads! I used to play with these when I was little and loved them! I thought that Max would play with them most but it actually has been Emma and Norah who play with them the most! Norah thinks that they are so funny!

This is how my kids say I love you! Even Max knows how to do it! When we ask him to tell us that he loves us he just puts up his hand like he is doing!

Norah is such a funny little thing! Her personality is really coming out lately! She is such a tease to her big brother or she holds her own! It is funny to watch!

Max and Norah playing on the new little toy I found for them. It looks like they are playing nice but really Max is shoving Norah out of the way so that he can go down the slide! But at least he was nice about it! He said, "move baby, peese!"

Boat

It is pouring rain right now and I still can not get Max inside! He has to find his boat, which he did, so that he can...I am not sure! I know that he has been watching Madagascar toooooo much these days! He is soaking wet and loving life! He has his boat, dump truck and water...3 of his favorite things! What a kid! My girls were never like this!!!!

Emma celebrated her 8th birthday a little bit early so that her friends could be there! We had a house full of girls for part of the night and then most of Saturday! There was alot of screaming and giggling but that is just fun! Emma loved that she had a house full of friends at her new house!

Eden and Emma had a little picnic on our deck! I am not sure they ate a whole lot of their dinner but they did have fun throwing the ball and kicking it over the fence!

We had the cousins over for dinner-Truman, Brigham and Anna. They played and played! Grandma and Grandpa had a hard time leaving because they were all playing so well. I am so glad that we have a yard now that my kids and their friends and cousins can play inbut mostly it is a place where Max can not escape!! What a blessing!

Norah is smirking at Beeta's attempts to get her to smile for the camera! She sat on Beeta's lap for the whole evening! She is such a baby!!!!

Max learned about his ears in nursery. He kept it on for most of the day!

We have moved and we are now in our new house! We have been in for almost 3 weeks and are getting settled! This is our first family picture in front of our new home! We had a very hard time getting Max to stay in the picture, he just wanted to chase the bunnies or run down the street or play in the dirt! Anything that would keep him from sitting in one place!

After a fun day at the Atco Picnic, I had 4 exhausted and burnt little kids! They loved having a bath in my new tub! They thought that it was quite fun that they could all fit in there! Max is eating the bubbles!!!
